By accessing and using the Evident platform and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

Description of service

Evident provides a customer evidence platform for ecommerce, including product reviews, loyalty and rewards, UGC galleries, and Q&A functionality. The service is provided via a web-based dashboard and storefront widget SDK.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. No annual contracts are required. We do not charge per-order overage fees.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of your data, including reviews, customer information, and loyalty program data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Limitation of liability

Evident shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
